The dishes offered on this menu are entirely made on-site from raw and traditional products, in accordance with the Homemade Label criteria.
This label distinguishes restaurants where dishes are prepared entirely or mostly in their own kitchens! It aims to meet consumers’ desire for transparency and fights against the standardization of flavors. Additionally, it promotes local sourcing, sustainability, and seasonality.
